The Greater Portsmouth Youth Wellness Coalition has a vision of a community that embraces its youth, where all youth know they belong, and are connected to positive social supports.
We aim to do this by connecting the community to supports that improve mental, emotional, and social wellbeing to reduce substance use among youth.
We are supported by a Drug Free Community Grant through the CDC and a STOP (Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking) Act Grant through SAMHSA.
Our monthly Coalition meetings are open to the community for anyone who may be interested in learning more about what we are working on! Each month, we highlight a Coalition partner and conduct relevant trainings for our members. Feel free to drop in or share with your network!
We meet monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 9am - 10:30am at Community Campus in Portsmouth, NH. Our meetings are held in Activity Room 4. We hope to see you there!
